The firm of Mike Murburg, P.A. is dedicated to the zealous representation of its clients. It is the mission of the firm to responsibly represent the injured and disabled and to pursue their rights and to obtain the fullest amount of compensation that the law will allow.

Since January, 2005, our clients have been awarded over $4,000,000 in past due social security monetary benefits.  This amount does not include the added benefits of health insurance through medicaid or medicare.

In all of our cases consultations are always free. No fees or costs are ever due up front to retain us in personal injury, wrongful death, social security disability or worker’s compensation matters. We understand the needs of our clients and we work for our personal injury and social security disability clients on a contingency basis only so that our clients will never be charged a fee or costs unless we are successful in obtaining a decision, settlement or verdict in their favor. As part of our representation of our personal injury clients, we also handle our clients’ related no-fault and motor vehicle property damage claims at no charge to the client.
